About Region Probate
Region Probate buys houses in Northwest Indiana — with a focus on probate and inherited homes.
Mark is a licensed Indiana real estate broker and investor. He has helped families through the hardest part of settling an estate: the house. The cleanout, the repairs, the showings, the waiting — most families don’t need any of that. They need a fair offer and a clean exit.
Mark is a licensed Indiana real estate broker (IN License #RB14035652) and Illinois broker (IL License #471017906) with Impact Indiana Real Estate (RC52100106). When we buy your house, we buy it as a principal for our own investment — not as your agent.
